Neighborhoods are more segregated now than in the 1980s and so are the schools, due to white self-segregation. Do you have Black neighbors?

Racism is not residual. It never went away. Barack Obama experienced plenty of racism during his eight years as President. And just about EVERYBODY loves Black sports figures...because they are amazing, super cool people (until they kneel).

Collectively, Black Americans do not fare as well as Whites -- economically, and otherwise. Yes, there are individual exceptions, but they do not represent all of us. Just as successful and/or racist White Americans do not represent all of you.

Your opinions are great but please don't use them to nullify the experiences of Black people (or the facts).
